Return to the Cayman Launch Offer

Galion · Cayman Launch Offer

Terms of Sale

Version dated 7 September 2026

These Terms explain exactly what Galion provides and how the approval-before-capture payment process works. By ticking the acceptance box and continuing to Stripe, the client agrees to these Terms.

1. Provider and business customers

The service is provided by Galion, operated by Benoît Morin as a registered French sole trader. This Cayman Launch Offer is intended for businesses and professional customers. Contact: galiontransglobal@gmail.com.

2. Service included

The CI$150 Cayman Launch Offer includes a complimentary consultation, definition of the objective and approved brief, creative direction, use and refinement of client-supplied materials or creation of original visuals where appropriate, and one bespoke promotional video. The exact format, deliverables and any agreed revisions are confirmed in writing during the brief.

3. Delivery

Galion aims to provide the first preview within 48 hours after the brief and all required materials have been approved. This timeframe depends on the client providing timely information, feedback and approvals. Any material change to the approved brief may require a revised timeframe or quotation, agreed in writing before additional work begins.

4. Stripe authorisation and payment capture

At checkout, the client authorises CI$150 through Stripe. This is a card authorisation, not an independent escrow service. It may appear as a pending transaction and temporarily reduce the client’s available balance. Galion receives no settled payment at this stage. Galion will send a watermarked or otherwise protected preview and will capture the authorised amount only after the client provides written approval by WhatsApp or email. The clean final file is delivered after Stripe confirms successful capture. If the authorisation expires before capture, the client may be asked to authorise the payment again.

5. Approval and completion

“Approved”, “I approve”, or another unambiguous written confirmation constitutes approval of the preview and authorisation for Galion to capture the agreed CI$150. Once captured and the clean final file has been supplied, the service is considered completed. Silence alone does not constitute approval.

6. Cancellation and non-approval

Before written approval, the client may decline the preview. Galion will not capture the authorisation and may cancel it; otherwise it will expire according to the card issuer’s rules. Galion may stop the project if the client does not provide the information or feedback required to complete it. No additional amount will be charged without prior written agreement.

7. Client materials and intellectual property

The client confirms that it has the right to provide and use all logos, photographs, footage, music, trademarks and other materials supplied to Galion. After successful payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered final video for its business marketing. Drafts, unused concepts, production files and working assets remain Galion’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Galion will only feature the completed work in its portfolio with the client’s separate permission.

8. Results and third-party platforms

Galion provides a creative and marketing service but does not guarantee a particular number of views, enquiries, customers, sales or revenue. Galion is not responsible for changes, moderation decisions, technical failures or distribution restrictions imposed by social networks, advertising platforms or other third parties.

9. Complaints and disputes

Any concern should first be sent to Galion by WhatsApp or email with the relevant project details. Both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution in good faith. These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to the client’s jurisdiction and status.
